Prices & Packages
Studio Hire
Studio Hire pricing is straightforward and is available at £250 per day or £35 per hour plus VAT.
What’s Included
Included in the day and hour rates are use of all facilities, free WiFi, and of course all the tea and coffee you can shake a spoon at.
Useful Extras For Your Shoot
We have the following items available to facilitate your shoot:
A range of Bowens and Arri lighting and modifiers. £10 per head per day. Each lighting head hired includes use of a lighting stand and modifier
Background support systems and Calumet colorama background paper rolls. We generally have the following colours in stock: black, white, red, green, blue and yellow. NB Please confirm your requirements prior to your shoot. Paper roll is charged at £10 per metre.
Pocket Wizard Plus III radio triggers. £10 per pair per day.
A range of boxes, trestles, and boards to make up tables and for set building
As selection of timber and plyboard to make up flats for set building
Additional Services & Equipment
We can also provide assistance with production, from set building, prop sourcing, and equipment hire, through to models, hair and make up artists. Prices for these additional services and equipment can be discussed when you’re ready to book. Please get in touch via our contact page and ask for a Rate Card for more details.

Wedding Photography
While we are happy to discuss shorter duration wedding shoots to suit your budget, we’d be happiest covering your entire day. For this we have a simple no jargon price of £1250 plus VAT for the full day.
What’s Included
Photography of your wedding, from bridal preps, including full coverage of the ceremony and reception, through to first dance.
Full Photoshop editing of a minimum of 250 images (you’ll usually receive 400-500 images plus) including black and white conversions where appropriate
Delivery on a memory stick or online file sharing service eg Dropbox
A full set of high resolution images plus a set of low resolution images suitable for social media etc.
A simple and elegant hardcover wedding album of up to 30 premium images

Portrait Photography
Please note that for location portrait shoots, a surcharge is applicable for travel expenses, at £0.40 per mile for locations greater than 25 miles travelling time from our studio)

To include:
Up to 2 hrs in the studio and/or on location, including up to 2 outfit change
Full Photoshop editing of up to 25 images including black and white conversions where appropriate
A full set of high resolution images plus a set of low resolution images suitable for social media etc.
A simple and elegant hardcover wedding album of up to 30 premium images
Couples, Newborns, & Pets £150+VAT
To include:
Up to one hour in the studio or at a location of your choice
Full Photoshop editing of up to 25 images including black and white conversions where appropriate
A full set of high resolution images plus a set of low resolution images suitable for social media etc.
A simple and elegant hardcover wedding album of up to 30 premium images
Personal or Professional Profile Shots £100+VAT
To include:
Up to 30mins in the studio and/or on location
Full Photoshop editing of up to 5 images including black and white conversions where appropriate
A full set of high resolution images plus a set of low resolution images suitable for social media etc.

Commercial Photography
Due to the nature of commercial photography, it would be great to have a chat about what you’re aiming to achieve, what resources we’ll need, the logistics, and how we can work together to achieve your goals.
Our baseline rates for studio and location photography are as follows:
£750 per day + VAT
£450 per half day + VAT
Post Production at £35 per hour + VAT
Assistants, Stylists, MUAs, locations, props on application

Event Photography
Due to the nature of event photography, it would be great to have a chat about your event, so we can understand the numbers of participants, your specific event logistics, and how we can best integrate into your event.
Option 1: Free to Event Participants
We can cover your event and charge you a fee as the event organizer. Most event organisers usually compensate this with a small uplift on the ticket price so that your profit margin remains unchanged. The fee we charge is based primarily on the logistics of your event, which dictates how many photographers are needed etc.
Option 2: Direct Sale to Event Participants
Alternatively we can offer to cover your event for free, and sell images directly to your competitors. This costs nothing to the event organizer
